Why Is Conflict Good for You: with Yeshim Harris

please register at: tinyurl.com/k2u4wx5v

WHY is conflict good for you, yet perceived negatively?
WHAT makes the peer or comparative learning approach so fast and effective?
HOW has working on conflict changed you, personally and professionally?

Yeshim Harris is a peace-building and conflict management specialist negotiating in and transforming conversations for the United Nations, international diplomats and their governments, and NGOs from the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Join us to explore why conflict can be good for you. We’ll dive into Yeshim’s stories of conflict on a much larger scale, stories between communities around the world, that are both scary and tenuous, and also hard to hear especially when groups hold polar opposite views. Participants will learn firsthand how to use the Comparative Learning method to leverage conflicts in cross-cultural settings.
