Al Watts is an alumnus of the nation’s oldest Master’s in Organization Development at BGSU and the author of Navigating Integrity (2011) a guide for “transforming business as usual into business at its best,” based on his deceased-long experiences with what leaders and organizations do best to be effective - while cultivating 3E workplaces (effective, engaging and ethical).

Al will describe how integrity rightly understood is a foundational element for the practice of Organization Development and how the four dimensions of his Leadership and Organizational integrity Model (Identity, Authenticity, Alignment and Accountability) can serve as a lens and guide for developing triple-E organizations that are  
effective, engaging and ethical.
