Our purpose is to use the methods as we learn the methods in a community of practice - leaving with more than we came in with... giving back more than we realized. Come be with other like-minded people committed to the power of collective wisdom and action. Whether you are a beginner or advanced user of collaborative change approaches – this is for you: We often pair up an advanced user with a beginner to co-facilitate an activity – transferring competencies and building mentoring relationships. We use Zoom as our gathering space with other virtual tools featured that you can learn more about.

For more than fifty years, the fathers and mothers of this work, people like Kurt Lewin, Ron Lippitt, Kathie Dannemiller, and other thought-leaders have come together as design teams to create a welcoming experience for a broader gathering :

  • Experience 'Learning by Doing' Collaborative Design.

The design session intensive design experience is filled with design principles, laughs, cool tools, insights, and community. This session is comprised of a smaller more intimate group of people interested in learning and contributing to the main meeting agenda. If you want to learn Collaborative Design – this event is for you.
