September 3rd – December 17th, 2026
Change 2026 will be the largest Change Conference yet, with over 30 sessions! Once per week, two-sessions per day. Over half of this year’s conference will feature expert authors from the fifth edition of the book Practicing Organization Development. Now open to register!
PAST CONFERENCES
September 4 – December 18
Change 2025 was the first year to be fully online, entirely containing weekly sessions featuring a troop of expert speakers. The online-only format has allowed this year’s conference to be the first that is fully recorded. Each session of this online conference is available in full on our YouTube channel.
September 19 – September 20
Change 2024 was much like the last conference, with two hybrid days and a series of weekly online sessions. However, the number of these weekly sessions expanded, eventually warranting the creation of the Think Tank webinar series, initially presented as a sub-series of this Change Conference. Think Tank lasted weekly into the new year, with its final session taking place on 1/30/2025.
September 21 – October 26
The first Change Conference included a two-day hybrid session and online-only sessions each Thursday from 9/28–10/26. The success of Change 2023 would lead to the serialization of the Change Conference.
